Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Friday said that endowing professional training and providing laptops to youth of Balochistan is top priority of the federal government as talented youth are real asset to the province. “Youth in Balochistan will be provided professional training in diverse areas and laptops will be distributed among them.” The prime minister was talking to an eight-member delegation of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) from Balochistan led by Jafar Khan Mandokhel which called on him here. The other delegates included Jamal Shah Kakar, Sardar Yaqoob Nasir, Agha Shah Zeb Durrani, Amir Afzal Mandokhel, Chaudhry Naeem, Naseer Achakzai, and Zaheer Khan. Premier Shehbaz Sharif said the progress of Pakistan was closely linked with the development of Balochistan.
The government under the umbrella of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was working on priority on the development projects of Balochistan. During the meeting, the current political situation in the country and other national issues also came under discussion. The delegation thanked the prime minister for allocating special funds for development projects in the budgetary proposals of fiscal year 2023-24.
