Governor Sindh Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori’s spokesperson clarified that no final decision has been made regarding the sentence against Naseem Memon from the prosecution’s side. The governor has only halted the implementation of the sentence until a final decision is reached. The case against Naseem Memon is being reviewed in accordance with the law, and a definitive decision will be made based on relevant laws. The spokesperson further explained that Governor Sindh holds the authority to appeal against decisions made by provincial prosecutors, and Naseem Memon has appealed to Governor Sindh against the provincial prosecutor’s decision.
