Governor Sindh Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori emphasized the importance of each individual contributing to national progress and prosperity during his speech at the Noor Project event. He urged everyone to join hands and advance together for the betterment of the country. Speaking at the event, where Noor Project founder AmjadWatto and Honorary President Rear Admiral (Retd) Faisal Shah were present, Governor Tessori praised the project’s commendable philanthropic efforts.
He expressed deep admiration for the team’s tireless work and highlighted the significant impact of their initiatives. Governor Tessori shared his commitment to public service, recalling that his appointment as Governor on 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal marked the beginning of his dedication to serving the people. Under his leadership, 50,000 young people are currently receiving IT training at the Governor House, equipping them to earn between $300 and $600 monthly. He also detailed the distribution of over 600,000 ration bags and 8,000 free laptops to deserving individuals. Additionally, 3,500 motorbikes have been provided to victims of street crimes, and non-repayable funds have been allocated to support business ventures under a job creation scheme.
