A meeting of Sindh Industrial Liaison Committee (SILC) was held at Governor House under the chairmanship of Sindh Governor Imran Ismail on Friday. The meeting was attended by senior officials of Sindh Industrial Liaison Committee (SILC) including Provincial Assembly members FirdousShamimNaqvi and HaleemAdil Sheikh. The meeting discussed the supply of fire tenders to industrial areas. The meeting also approved to issue fire tenders and water bowsers for the industrial areas of Karachi. Governor Sindh Imran Ismail said that 50 fire tenders and 2 bowsers for industrial areas would be imported by December this year, the total cost of fire tenders and bowers is up to Rs 2 billion. Governor Imran Ismail further said that fire tenders would be handed over to Karachi Industrial Area Associations soon after arrival.
