KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan continued to decline on Saturday, October 25, 2025, following the downward movement in international markets.

Gold remains one of the most sought-after precious metals globally due to its scarcity, durability, and long-standing role as a safe investment during periods of economic uncertainty. It is traded in several forms, such as physical bars, futures contracts, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
Traditionally, investors consider gold a reliable hedge against inflation and currency fluctuations. Major gold trading hubs include London, New York, and Shanghai, while global prices are influenced by interest rate shifts, currency strength, and geopolitical developments.
