KARACHI – Gold frenzy continues in Pakistan in light of international market trends, and prices of precious metal soared to new high of Rs273,000 per tola, shattering all previous records.

Data shared by Sarafa association shows gold prices moving up by Rs1,100, reaching a new record of Rs273,000 in local market. On the other hand, the cost for 10 grams of precious metal jumped by Rs943, settling at Rs234,053.
