Islamabad: The gold price in Pakistan witnessed a little gain towards the end of last week, as it increased by Rs50 per tola on Saturday.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of gold on Saturday increased by Rs50 per tola and Rs43 per 10 grams to settle at Rs147,350 and Rs126,329, respectively.
During the week, the price of the precious metal rose by Rs3,550 per tola.
On the other hand, the price dropped by $12 per ounce to settle at $1,644 in the international market.
Meanwhile, silver prices in the local market remained unchanged at Rs1,560 per tola and Rs1,337.44 per 10 grams.
