In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, posters that have again appeared in Srinagar and other areas of the Kashmir Valley said that holding of G-20 summit in the UN-designated disputed Jammu and Kashmir by India will be sacrilege the blood of the people of the occupied territory.
Posters have said that G-20 summit in the UN-designated disputed territory is a sacrilege of blood and sentiments of the enslaved people of the territory.
The posters were displayed by pro-freedom organizations, including Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Resistance Party,Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Movement, Jammu and Kashmir Resistance Movement and Students and Youth Forum urged the
World Body to take notice of violation of Kashmiris’ right to self-determination and imple ment its relevant resolutions to settle the lingering Kashmir dispute.
The UN has been urged through these posters to resolve the Kashmir dispute on the basis of right to self-determination, pledged to the Kashmiris in its resolution passed on 5th January 1949. The posters were also seen on social media, including facebook and Twitter.—KMS
