Provincial Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Social Welfare Raja Basharat has directed the officials and the law-enforcement agencies to ensure foolproof security for all activities of the UN secretary general and all foreign players coming to the PSL.
He was addressing a meeting of Cabinet Committee on Law and Order was convened in the Civil Secretariat. The meeting reviewed security arrangements regarding PSL and the visit of United Nations general secretary to Lahore and Narowal on Thursday.
Provincial Minister for Sports Taimur Ahmed Khan, IG Punjab Shoaib Dastgir, Additional IG (CTD), CCPO and officers from Pak Army, PCB attended the meeting.–Staff Reporter
