Fruit tree plantation launched at BZU


Tree plantation was launched at Mass Communication department of Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) in collaboration with Indiana University, USA here on Thursday.

The campaign was named after Dr James D. Kelley and BZU VC, Dr Mansoor Akbar Kundi launched the drive by planting a mango tree in the department. He urged upon the students to be part of the campaign by planting a tree for improvement of the atmosphere. The VC thanked Dr James for financial assistance of the drive.

Chairman Mass Com Department, Dr Shahzad Ali, informed that the dept would play its role for planting fruit trees through this drive.
