A high-level Chinese delegation visited the FPCCI President Secretariat, Islamabad to meet with Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh President FPCCI and other business leaders. Discussions centered on Pakistan-China trade, investment, technology transfer, industrial cooperation, and the second phase of CPEC.
The visiting delegation included Sun Junying, Liu Li, Xie Laihui, and Zhou Shu alongside other economic and academic officials.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Karim Aziz Malik Incharge FPCCI Capital Office, Sheikh Arslan Hafeez Leader PMLN, Ch. Muhammad Naseer President Islamabad Builders Association, Mr. Badar Haroon EC Member FPCCI, Mr. Shafqiue Sawati, Mr. Adil Obaid, Mr. Ahmed Jawad, Mr. Rashid Humayion Convners FPCCI Standing Committees, Sardar Saquibe Naseem President, Mr. Dost Ali Jan SVP, Mr. Asif Javed VP RCSTSI, Dr. Humaira Ambreen Former Presidnet Kurram WCCI, Mr. Saud Faisal Malik, Chairman of FPCCI CPEC committee and others.
FPCCI President Atif Ikram Sheikh emphasized the need to strengthen direct business-to-business links and joint ventures. He highlighted CPEC Phase 2 as a gateway for technology transfer, Special Economic Zones, and agricultural collaboration, adding that establishing joint technology parks would greatly benefit Pakistani industries.
He urged the private sectors of both nations to actively lead economic growth alongside government initiatives.
