Four killed as speeding car hits motorcycle

Four members of a family were killed as a result of a collision between a motorcycle and a speeding car in Narowal.

On the city’s Shakargarh Road, a speeding car collided with a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction. The motorcycle was being ridden by five children, four of whom died in the accident.

15-year-old Sohaib, 8-year-old Rehan and 15-year-olds Aina and Hammad lost their lives while 11-year-old Afzan was seriously injured in the accident.

Afzan was given emergency first aid and referred to Lahore due to his critical condition. Police station Saddar Narowal has seized the bodies of the deceased and initiated legal action.—INP
