Former Additional Secretary laid to rest

Former Additional Secretary Information Muzaffar Abbas Malik’s funeral was held at Imambargah Imam Sadiq G-9 in which eminent scholar Dr. Ghazanfar Mehdi Chairman Central Imam Hussain Council conducted Muzaffar Abbas Malik.

Wife BanoMuzaffar Malik and her sons Ali Murtaza Abbas and Hassan Muzaffar Malik thanked the participants and said that Muzaffar Abbas Malik worked in high positions with honesty, sincerity and hard work.

Protocol Officer, retired Consul in Aus-tralia and France, Director General of the Press Information Department and Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcast-ing.

Eminent religious scholar Allama Sheikh Shi-faNajafi, while shedding light on the philosophy of death and resurrection, offered Fateha and prayers for the forgiveness of Muzaffar Abbas Malik and special prayers for the speedy recovery of his wife MohtarmaBanoMuzaffar Malik and his sons Ali Murtaza Abbas and Muzaffar Abbas Malik.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of people from all walks of life, including members of parlia-ment, senior civil and military officials.
