A foam factory near Phool Nagar mysteriously caught fire yesterday and within few minutes surrounded the whole building, luckily there was no loss of life and the employees vacated the premises in time. The management informed the fire brigade and Rescue 1122 who brought the situation under control after 4 hours of fire fighting.
The factory had adequate emergency exits due to which there was no loss of life. Chemicals, raw material and finished stock all ruined due to fire.
