ISLAMABAD – The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has decided the civil and security improvement works at Lifestyle Residency Apartments in G-13/4, Islamabad.
For this purpose, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) under the Ministry of Housing and Works, invited sealed bids.
The project includes the rehabilitation and construction of the boundary wall, installation of closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, floodlights and an electronic fencing system at the residential complex.
The authority has invited eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Interested bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents or a bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format.
The bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications and other requirements, are available through EPADS. Vendors must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
The deadline for submission of e-bids is October 2, 2026, at 12:00 noon, while the bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30pm. The authority has clarified that manually submitted bids will not be accepted.
The project is being undertaken under the funds allocated to FGEHA for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is listed under reference P102994.
A Grievance Redressal Committee has also been notified under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, to address complaints related to the procurement process.
