FGEHA, MS Hammer Property sign MoU for enhancing affordable housing prospects

At a significant event held at the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) headquarters, a momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony unfolded between FGEHA and MS Hammer Property.

Presided over by Director General FGEHA Captain (Retd) Zafar Iqbal, the occasion marked a substantial stride towards realizing the vision of affordable housing for government employees, attended by all directors of the Housing Authority and Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Suhail Khan from MS Hammer Property.

On this occasion Director Joint Venture Projects explained the details regarding the MoU and told that about 530 actors land is located near M-9 Motorway Karachi for this project. He high pointed and narrated that the primary objective is to offer residential plots to government employees at a reduced cost, facilitated through collaboration with the public and private sectors.
