FFC test drives drone technology for food security

Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC) is always working towards helping the Govt and economy through its endeavors. FFC’s new project of Sona Centre at Ahmedpur Lamma is an initiative directed to help Pakistan in managing food security and augmenting economic activity by providing one window solution to all farming needs including modern farming techniques, micro financing, health care, women empowerment and various other education programs.
Sona Welfare Foundation (SWF) a welfare arm of FFC in collaboration with implementing partners i.e. Pak Zar Zameen and Syngenta in presence of stakeholders organized demonstration of Drone based crop monitoring, Pesticide spray etc for state of the art farm specific solutions for increased farm yield to help increase prosperity at grass root level.
