ISLAMABAD – The government has approved to increase the salaries and pensions of civil servants through ad hoc allowances in the federal budget for the fiscal year 2023-24.
Pensions for former government employees will also be raised by 17.5 percent.
Finance Ministry proposed ad hoc relief in the salaries and pensions of government employees, following a discussion on the Finance Ministry’s proposal in the Federal Cabinet meeting.
