Punjab Senior and Food Minister Abdul Aleem Khan on Friday said that the significant increase in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) last month is a very welcome development, and foreign investment to the tune of 114 million dollars is a great achievement of the incumbent government.
He stated that the data showed that investment had increased by 60 percent in July this year as compared to last year, which is a sign of confidence in Prime Minister Imran Khan’s economic policies from around the world.
The Punjab senior minister, in his tweet, said that Pakistan’s image in the global business community is improving day by day.
He revealed that this foreign investment would not only increase the national treasury but also improve the economy and create new employment opportunities as well.
He added that with the vision of Imran Khan, the bankrupt economy had been stabilized through best policies and in the current situation, the Prime Minister and his team were giving excellent results. Abdul Aleem further said that these trying times are about to an end and that good news was on its way to every national sector.
He also said that they had dealt with the emergency situation like Corona in an efficient manner and Allah Almighty had successfully helped them.
Abdul Aleem Khan expressed confidence that the next three years would be the years of full implementation of the PTI Manifesto and the present Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan would fulfill all the promises made to the people to bring real progress and prosperity in the country.
ONLINE TRAINING COURSE FOR OFFICERS
Punjab Minister for Management & Professional Development Hussain Jehanian Gardezi has said that department has arranged online training courses for officers to build their capacity. He said taking benefits from modern technology is the need of the hour. These views were expressed by him while addressing a meeting held to review the two years performance of the department today.
Additional Secretary MPDD Imran Chohan, Deputy Secretary Sumair Shah, DDO Asif Gillani and other officers were present on this occasion. The Minister was briefed in detail regarding the projects launched by the department during the last two years.
