A farewell party was organized for Muhammad Ramzan Khowaja President of Pakistan Peoples Paramedical association Taluka Jati and Mashuque Khowaja at Taluka hospital Jati on Friday.
The event was participated by doctors, nurses and paramedics who paid glowing tributes to their retiring colleagues for their services. They said that their services during their career that spanned over three decades were exemplary during which they groomed their juniors.
Medical Superintendent Taluka Hospital Jati Dr Yameen Shah during his address said that Ramzan Khowaja was a staunch supporter of the rights of paramedics who always raised voice for his colleagues as head of the paramedical association.
He further said that the farewell party was evidence of his whole hearted services.
Former head of the Paramedical Association Zulfi Malah said that Ramzan played a vital role in each and every movement launched for the rights of lower staff adding that he always wanted lower staff to work with independence and dignity.
Dr Umer Memon said that the trend of farewell parties was encouraging adding that it was a befitting tribute for the officials of Paramedical Association. Recalling old days he said that both leaders of the association worked honestly and vigilantly even when the country faced hardships particularly during the devastating cyclone of 1999 and flash flood of 2010.
