Chairman & CEO of Pakistan Observer, Mr Faisal Zahid Malik was conferred ‘Indonesian Consulate Award 2023’ in recognition of his accomplishments and role to strengthen Pakistan-Indonesia bilateral relations and his dedication towards the media industry.
Consul General of Indonesia, Dr June Kuncoro Hidiningrat, presented him the award at a decent ceremony held at Indonesian Consulate in Karachi. The event was attended by around 150 partners of the Indonesian Consulate from various circles of the Sindh government, the diplomatic corps, the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry/FPCCI, entrepreneurs importing Indonesian products, chancellors and representatives of the academic community.
In his remarks, the Indonesian Consul General, Dr. June Kuncoro Hadiningrat said the ‘Indonesia Award 2023’ was meant to celebrate the achievements and contributions of individuals and organizations in strengthening Indonesia-Pakistan relations.
The Consul General also sought increased support from all partners for Indonesian diplomacy. “Indonesia Award 2023” summarizes a number of promotional activities in three main formats, exposition of Indonesia’s cultural and tourism potential, mini-exhibition and presentation of shield of appreciation in four categories, silver, bronze; and certificate of appreciation.
