It is the first time the heirs of the martyrs have expressed their woes and pains in a press conference held at Islamabad for not giving justice to those who sacrificed their lives in terror attacks and their relatives.

This was said by Major Sher Muhammad Gondal (R) District President Pakistan Ex-Servicemen Society (PESS) Mandi Bahauddin while talking to the local media persons here the other day. General Secretary PESS Chief Warrant Officer Abdul Ghani Gujar accompanied him.

He praised the heirs for demanding restoration of military courts and the Official Secret Act to conduct terror cases and dispense speedy justice. He said due to delay in deciding terror cases pending in civil criminal courts the terror incidents are increasing.

He urged the competent authorities to consider the demands of the relatives of the martyrs and fulfill them. He also demanded that 9 May cases should also be transferred to military courts to punish the perpetrators involved in vandalism and damaging army buildings and monuments of Shaheeds.
