England beat Pakistan by 37 runs in the ICC Men’s U19 Cricket World Cup 2026 match at the Takashinga Sports Club in Harare on Friday.
Chasing a 211-run target for victory, Green shirts kept losing wickets at regular intervals and were bundled out for 173 in 46.3 overs.
Skipper Farhan Yousaf was the top scorer for the Green shirts, who made valiant 65 off 86 balls, hitting three fours and four huge sixes. Momin Qamar contributed an unbeaten 18, Huzaifa Ahsan 17, Abdul Subhan 14, Ahmed Hussain 12, and Sameer Minhas and Umar Zaib 10 runs each.
Alex Green, James Minto and Ralphie Albert took two wickets each, and Manny Lumsden and Farhan Ahmed one each, while Abdul Subhan and Ali Raza were run out. Caleb Falconer was named player of the match for his notable contribution with the bat.

Caleb Falconer was the top scorer for England, who made 66 off 73 balls, laced with three fours and two maximums. Opener Ben Dawkins contributed 33 off 38 balls, hitting four fours and one maximum. Ralphie Albert made 25 off 37 balls, Ben Mayers 20 off 25 balls, Farhan Ahmed 15 off 28 balls, and skipper Thomas Rew 14 off 21 balls.
Ahmed Hussain bagged three wickets and Ali Raza, Abdul Subhan and Momin Qamar two each, while Farhan Ahmed was run out.
