Employees hold protest against privatization of schools

Employees of different government departments taken out a rally and stage protest demonstration against elimination of leave encashment, cut in pension and privatization of government schools by the Punjab government under auspices of All Government Employees Grand Alliance (AGEGA) Hafizabad. Chairman AGEGA Hafizabad Muhammad Nasir Amin and president AGEGA Muhammad Naqeeb Nishat led the rally and protest demonstration.

Addressing the participants of rally, Muhamamd Nasir Amin, Ch. Riaz Ahmad Tarar, Khalid Javed, Ehsanullah Hanjra, Shahid Javed, Ikram Ullah Bhone, Ch. Fayyaz Ahmad Warriach, Muhammad Aqeel Azad, Asghar Ali Hanjra, Rana Waqar Ahmad Khan, Ch, Khalid Pervez, Qari Atiq-ur-Rehman, Habib Ullah Rana and other office bearers of different Employees Union urged the government to withdraw notification regarding amendments in pension rule, deduction in benefits of leave encashment and other anti-employees policies including privatization of government schools in the Punjab.
