First complete result of election 2024 comes as Pakistan People’s Party’s candidate and former chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah clinched elections with a huge margin while GDA candidate Roshan Ali Barro secured around 6,150 votes.

Unofficial results from PS 77 Jamshoro-1 shows Shah, the leading candidate of PPP, secured 66,100 votes.
