In his plenary address, Malik TahirJavaid highlighted the ILO Director-General’s report on the Renewed Social Contract. He commended the Director-General’s call for a renewed social contract and emphasized the necessity of collaborative efforts to achieve social justice, dignity, and economic security.

“The Employers’ Federation of Pakistan remains committed to supporting the ILO’s ambitious agenda,” Javaid stated. He stressed the importance of inclusive policies, reskilling, and environmental justice to overcome inequalities and build a sustainable future.
