The Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Mughees Sanaullah has reported that following standing operating procedures (SOPs) & other strict measures, the positivity ratio of Corona cases have dropped. He told that according to NCOC data, the ratio has dropped to 2.75 % in Abbottabad which he termed a good omen for the citizens of the district. According to NCOC data, 437 laboratory tests were conducted in Abbottabad district during last 24 hours, in which only 12 cases were found corona positive which is 2.75 %.
It further revealed that 129 cases have been quarantine at their homes while 32 patients have been admitted in hospitals while no patient were found on ventilator. Only four new patients were admitted in hospitals. On the other hand, according to NCOC Peshawar has 13.81 % positivity ratio with new 156 corona positive cases while Swat has 6.17 % with 10 new cases in Khyber Pakhtunkwa.—Our Correspondents
