MANSEHRA – An unusual and humorous incident surfaced as Sui Gas meter reader in Mansehra sparked a social media frenzy after he refused to record gas meter readings due to the presence of dog near the meter.

Sui Gas department, accepting this unconventional “evidence,” printed the dog’s picture on gas bill, which was then delivered to the consumer.
