A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between DMC Korangi and Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) for the collaboration in tree plantation in Korangi Industrial Area.
On this occasion Chairman DMC Korangi Nayyar Raza, President Korangi and Korangi Association of Trade & IndustrySheikh Umer Rehan, Chairman and CEO KITE Zubair Chhya and Head of KATI’s standing committee on tree plantation Junaid Naqi spoke to the meeting. Sheikh Umer Rehan said that Korangi and Korangi Association of Trade & Industry considers tree plantation as a national cause and under the leadership of Patron in Chief SM Muneer we have a strong resolve to make Korangi Industrial area a role model of tree plantation.
Zubair Chhaya said that if the pilot project in the signed MoU would be implemented, we can expend it more with the help of other donors. Junaid Naqi urged the Chairman Korangi to provide administrative assistance for tree plantation on Road 3000. The chairman Korangi DMC assured his full support and collaboration for tree plantation in Korangi Industrial Area.
