DHO Abbottabad shifted to Islamabad in critical condition

The District Health Officer (DHO) Abbottabad Dr. Shah Faisal Khanzada Tuesday was shifted to a private hospital of Islamabad in critical condition.

Dr. Faisal was leading healthcare workers in district Abbottabad to protect the masses from the deadly third wave of Coronavirus, he himself became a victim and tested positive two weeks ago and was house quarantined. Yesterday he has shifted to Shifa International Hospital Islamabad in critical condition.

During the last 24 hours, 16 new Coronavirus cases have been registered in Abbottabad where the total number of positive cases has reached 405. The death toll owing to COVID-19 has also reached 178.

All Coronavirus-positive patients have admitted to various hospitals of district Abbottabad but a maximum number of patients were admitted to Ayub Medical Complex Abbottabad and District Headquarters Hospital Abbottabad.
