Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Dera Ghazi Khan revealed top position holders for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-II/Composite First Annual Examination 2026, with students from Layyah and Muzaffargarh delivering an outstanding performance.
The overall merit list was dominated by students from Layyah and Muzaffargarh districts, highlighting the strong academic performance of educational institutions in the board’s jurisdiction.
DG Khan Board Matric Toppers
According to the official list issued by BISE DG Khan, Abdullah Saleem, son of Muhammad Saleem Sabir from Millat Public High School, Chowk Azam (Layyah), secured a place among the overall top position holders.
Mair Mujtaba, son of Najam-ul-Mujtaba, representing Friends Public High School, Taunsa Sharif (Dera Ghazi Khan), also earned a position in the overall merit list.
Among female candidates, Farwa Ahmad, daughter of Muneer Ahmad from Dar-ul-Suffa University of Science Girls Secondary School, Manhan (Muzaffargarh), achieved an overall top position, while Meerab Zahra, daughter of Muhammad Azam from Government Girls High School, Railway Station Karor (Layyah), also secured a place among the board’s highest achievers.
Another prominent name on the overall merit list is Syed Muhammad Jaun Abbas Naqvi, son of Syed Mubashir Ali Naqvi, from Government Model Higher Secondary School, Layyah.
Science Group (Girls)
The board also announced the top performers in the Science Group (Girls), where Farwa Ahmad once again secured a leading position. She was followed by Meerab Zahra, while Ayesha Aman, daughter of Asmat-ul-Aman from District Public Girls High School, Layyah, also featured among the top achievers.
The merit list further includes Shawal Ijaz, daughter of Ijaz Ahmad from C.C.U Girls Secondary School, Kot Addu (Muzaffargarh), and Umaima Abbas, daughter of Abbas Ali from Government Girls High School, Kot Sultan (Layyah).
The official position holders list was issued by BISE Dera Ghazi Khan on August 5, 2026, ahead of the detailed SSC Part-II/Composite First Annual Examination results. The board congratulated the successful students, their parents, and educational institutions for their exceptional achievements and wished them success in their future academic pursuits.
