The Descon’s Manpower Services (MPS) successfully conducted a nation-wide recruitment campaign for the selection of workers for several overseas projects. The campaign began in July 2019 and concluded recently.
Reiterating the importance of the activity, Murtuza Ali, Head MPS said, “It is a point of great pride for us to deliver high-quality and reliable services to our clients. Descon through this recruitment drive is giving an opportunity to the skilled workforce of Pakistan to get international exposure. This initiative will help them earn a better livelihood, thus boosting the GDP of the country”.
The Manpower Services successfully mobilized more than 5000 people for various projects in UAE, Oman, Qatar, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. Descon has been a major role player in contributing to overseas employment and creating opportunities for foreign exchange in the form of remittances, thus adding to the prosperity of Pakistan.
The management and team at Descon employed all their resources to complete the mobilization drive on time. The whole process was carried out according to government regulations and the requirements of the organizations. With this recruitment drive, Descon continues to play a role in improving the nation’s economy.
