Delhi-controlled SIA harassing Hurriyat leaders, HR activists in IIOJK: Saghar

The Convener of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter, Mahmood Ahmad Saghar, has said that Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) sleuths raided the houses of Hurriyat leaders, human rights activists, journalists and even harass the ordinary people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Mehmood Ahmad Saghar in a statement issued in Islamabad said the SIA is notorious for implicating innocent Kashmiris in false cases and punishing them and its raids in the territory are a retaliatory policy to silence the voices of Hurriyat leaders and activists.

He lamented that Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government had used probe agencies like National Investigation Agency (NIA), State Investigation Agency (SIA) and Enforcement Directorate as weapons to intimidate and harass the Kashmiris.

The Indian government, through its agencies, is framing false cases to break the Kashmiris’ resolve for freedom but it will never succeed in its nefarious designs and the Kashmiri people will continue their struggle for right to self-determination till complete success.—KMS
