Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), Sirajul Haq paying rich tribute to the life long struggle of veteran Kashmiri leader Syed Ali Geelani, has declared his demise as great loss to Kashmir cause.
He led the funeral prayer in absentia of the iconic leader of Kashmiri resistance at JI headquarters Mansoora and addressing the gathering demanded the government raise voice at international level against the desecration of late Geelani’s dead body and torture on his relatives by the Indian forces. He expressed concern over the silence of international community on it.—INP
