Performance of the schools is not improving significantly due to negligence and disinterest of heads of the school despite clear cut instructions and policy of the government and provision of resources and facilities in the schools whereas fictitious visit and activities of District Education Officers, Deputy District Education Officer and Assistant Education Officers will not tolerate at all.
