The Dawoodi Bohra community has organised an inter-school sports “Schoolathon”. The event is dedicated to nurturing and elevating the budding talent within the Dawoodi Bohra community’s younger generation. The grand opening ceremony, hosted at Al-Nadil Al-Burhani Old Queens Road, marked the commencement of the 3rd edition of the event.
The ceremony consisted of lighting of a torch symbolizing Unity and Wellness and illuminating the grounds with the spirit of togetherness and the pursuit of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Athletes, community members and sports enthusiastic audience gathered to witness the moment. 7 community administered schools in Karachi will be competing in the three-day event comprising of Cricket, Volleyball, Futsal, Table Tennis, Archery, Throw Ball, and Athletics. Organized by SHABAB KARACHI (community welfare volunteers) and Al Nadi Al Burhani, the league matches will showcase the talents of participating students. Under the guidance of His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin and in light of his vision, the Dawoodi Bohra community champions health, fitness, and sports fostering a culture that celebrates physical well-being and teamwork.
