Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired the first meeting of the Committee constituted for the Development and Management of Hazrat Bari Imam Shrine and Complex, at Finance Division here on Tuesday.
SAPM on Finance Mr. Tariq Bajwa, SAPM on Revenue Mr. Tariq Mehmood Pasha, Gen (R) M. AfzalJanjua, Mr. HanifAbbasi Ex-MNA, Raja SarfrazAkram, Mr. GauharZahid Malik, Chairman CDA, Deputy Commissioner ICT, and others participated in the meeting.
The Committee discussed and decided to hold the Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Bari Imam R.A. on 15-16 and 17 August, 2023. The Urs will be concluded with Dua on 17th August, 2023. The Urs Mubarak for this year is being held with the gap of 16 years and it is also been decided by the Committee that hence onwards the Urs Mubarak will be regular annual feature on these dates.
