In a significant breakthrough, Fateh Jang Police Station has successfully apprehended four members of a notorious dacoity gang, seizing stolen cash, jewelry, and illegal weapons used in their criminal activities.
The arrests follow a series of robbery incidents reported in the area, prompting swift action from law enforcement authorities. Among the recovered items are Rs 75,000 in cash, a variety of jewelry, and four 30-bore pistols along with ammunition.
The accused individuals were implicated in multiple robbery cases, including one filed by a victim who reported being held at gunpoint while robbers made away with valuables from their home. Another victim recounted a similar ordeal, detailing how armed intruders forcibly took cash, jewelry, and personal belongings.
District Police Officer Attock, Dr. Sardar Ghiyas Gul Khan, took cognizance of the escalating robbery incidents and formed a specialized team under the supervision of SHO Fateh Jang Police Station, Sub-Inspector Faisal Amin. The dedicated efforts of the police force, equipped with modern technology and professional skills, led to the swift identification and arrest of the suspects.
