Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad Kainat Azhar Khan directed officials not to keep citizens waiting unnecessarily at police facilitation centres and to ensure prompt, transparent and quality services, as she inspected different Police Khidmat Markaz centres and the Asaan Khidmat Markaz.
An official told media on Monday that the CTO Kainat visited the centres to review the delivery of various public services and assess problems being faced by citizens. During the visits, Kainat inspected service arrangements and directed officials to resolve citizens’ problems on a priority basis and provide every possible facility to those visiting the centres.
