ISLAMABAD – The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced the schedule for declaring the final results of the CSS 2025 examination.
Reports said 80% of the interviews for CSS 2025 have already been completed. The final success rate of candidates is expected to be just 2.5%, based on current trends.
The final result of CSS 2025 exams will be released in the last week of February, according to the officials.
For the written exam, the success rate was 2.77%, with results for the written portion announced on August 22, 2025.
FPSC is moving forward with the process and is expected to finalize the results soon, following the completion of interviews.
Furthermore, the commission has released the date sheet for CSS 2026 written exams with first paper of English Essay taking place on February 4.
The functions of the Commission, outlined in Section 7 of the Ordinance, primarily include conducting tests and examinations for the recruitment of individuals to various public services, the civil services of the Federation, and civil positions related to the Federation’s affairs in basic pay scales 16 and above or their equivalents.
Additionally, the Commission is responsible for providing advice to the President on matters concerning the qualifications, recruitment methods, and principles to be adhered to when making initial appointments to these positions.
