Crime, lawlessness grip Attock

There is no respite from the crimes in rural areas of Hazro town of Attock as criminals up against arms against masses rule the roost in commercial and residential areas depriving masses from cash and valuables worth millions of rupees as area police seem in deep slumber. In back to back crimes in the area, five masked dacoits looted a house by making hostage the entire family of an official of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra at outskirts village GondalMandi.

The victim RaheelurRehman reported to the local police tha five unidentified dacoits made their forced entry into his residence at 11:30 PM after scaling the boundary wall and made hostage all his family on gun point. He added that later the armed bandits searched the house and fled with looted booty including cash, gold ornaments, cell phones and other valuables amounting to over Rs 0.3 million. Moreover, burglars broke in to the shop of QaziZeeshan Ahmed of GondalMandi area and fled with cash and other valuables amounting to Rs 23 thousand.
