Spokesperson for the Punjab chief min-ister and the provincial government Musarrat Cheema on Sunday said the default of any country established when the people started dying for flour in an agricultural country. “Yesterday in Sindh a citizen lost his life in a stampede while buying cheap flour,” she said in a tweet.
The PTI leader said Pakistan had practically become bankrupt, but there was no shame on the faces of the incompetent ministers of the “fake” government. She further said the poor people of Pakistan had now reached the point of starvation, adding if the situation was not controlled in a few days the people would take matters into their own hands. Cheema said after the shortage of food items, there were reports that the price of petrol would be increased. She alleged that looters and seasonal finance ministers came only to save their wealth, adding the thieves who were sinking the country s economy were benefiting from NRO day by day. A citizen trying to get subsidised flour lost his life due to a stampede in Sindh and when people start dying to get flour in an agricultural country then it is named a default country. Pakistan has practically become a default country but there are no signs of ashament on the faces of those at the helm of affairs and power.
The Pakistani people have reached the stage of starvation and after causing scarcity of edibles the incumbent rulers are now planning to increase petroleum prices in the country. If the prevailing situation persists and is not controlled then the masses will take the affairs into their own hands. Spokesperson to CM and Punjab government Musarrat Jamsheed Cheema expressed that people will not forget the imported government for putting them into mental agony and financial distress as they are facing acute problems to make ends meet to upbring as well as feed their children. The rulers who are compelling the masses to endure such punishments should be afraid of that time when the people will enter into the palaces of these thieves. The inflation rate has exceeded 30 percent and our forex reserves have remained less than 4.5 billion dollars. All industries have been closed down and people are dying to obtain flour.
The people of Pakistan are passing through affliction and hardships but the corruption of Sharif family is ongoing. The Sharif family is doing away with their corruption cases shamelessly. The looter and seasonal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar only returned to save his plundered money.
