All Executive Engineers of the Water Corporation shall submit a report of all illegal hydrants, connections and sub soil in their areas to the concerned Chief Engineer within three days, in the past few days, the successful operation against illegal hydrants and illegal connections was conducted in Janjal Goth, Manghopir, Teen Hatti and Mehmoodabad and other areas with the help of Pakistan Rangers, Law Enforcement Agencies, Sindh Police, what areas of water has this improved, complete details should also be provided.
These instructions were given by COO Water Corporation Engineer Asadullah Khan to all Executive Engineers of Water and WTM while presiding over a high level meeting, Chief Engineer Water Muhammad HanifBaloch including all Executive Engineers of Water and WTM were present on this occasion.COO Water Corporation instructed the concerned officers to conduct a detailed inspection of their areas and submit a complete report of all illegal activities to their respective chief engineers within three days.
He gave clear orders to the officers and added that after submitting the report, if any illegal hydrant connections, underground or any other illegal activity is found in the area of any executive engineer, the concerned executive engineer will be responsible for it.
