The district administration has started strict action against parking stand mafia for overcharging, caught a parking contractor, and registered a case against him.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Faizan Ahmad Riaz paid a surprise visit to Nishtar Hospital and checked the parking token and recovery here on Saturday. The parking contractor, Chaudhary Tahir, was found involved in overcharging the citizens. The case was registered against the parking contractor after his arrest.
Faizan Ahmad Riaz said that parking fees will be checked at all hospitals and commercial places and added that they are striving to improve the administrative affairs and medical facilities of Nishtar Hospital. ADCR further said that the provision of health facilities to the masses was among the priorities of the government.
