Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar visited Khanewal and Vehari and expressed condolences over the death of MPA N-League Nishat Ahmd Daha in Khanewal. He also condoled the demise of the mother of MNA Tahir Iqbal in Vehari.
CM visited vaccination outreach centres in Khanewal and Vehari and also inaugurated the “Reach Every Door” campaign.
Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar arrived in Khanewal here on Monday and visited the residence of (Late) MPA PML-N Nishat Ahmad Daha in Kot Hebat Khan and expressed his condolences with the bereaved family and offered Fateha.
Talking on this occasion, CM said Nishat Ahmad Daha had a legacy of great political traditions and he had a relationship of respect with him. Nishat Ahmad Daha promoted the culture of people’s politics and he served the public in real terms.
CM said Nishat Ahmad Daha wholeheartedly served the masses and dedicated his whole life for public welfare and his political and social contribution for the people of Khanewal would always be remembered.
Senator Aon Abbas Pappi, provincial minister Hussain Jahanai Gerdezi, Chief Whip Provincial Assembly Ali Abbas Shah, Masood Majeed Khan Daha and others were also present on this occasion.
Later on, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar held meetings with parliamentarians, public representatives and other dignitaries.
During the meetings, political situations and development projects came under discussion.
Chief Minister also visited the vaccination outreach centre at People’s Colony Khanewal and inaugurated “Reach Every Door” vaccination campaign.
Talking on this occasion, the Chief Minister said free corona vaccination would be provided to the people of Punjab at their doorstep till 12 November and special teams would visit every house on daily basis to vaccinate citizens free of cost and “Reach Every Door” campaign 100 percent targets would be achieved.
People have already suffered due to corona and further loss could not endure so people should extend cooperation with the vaccination teams and collective efforts be made with the help of district administration and district authorities to make the campaign successful.
Afterwards, CM met with parliamentarians and party organizers, office bearers at Circuit House Khanewal.
The meetings discussed the political situations, matters of mutual interest and development projects.
Parliamentarians presented their proposals and suggestions regarding development schemes in their constituencies.
Chief Minister Usman Buzdar directed for the posting of a consultant surgeon at Khanewal Trauma Centre.
He also directed for renovation and improvement of Ladies Club Khanewal and for timely completion of local government development schemes.
The chief Minister was apprised about the annual development programme of Khanewal, Senator Aon Abbas, Provincial Minister Hussain Jahanian Gerdezi, MPA Dr. Khawar Ali Shah, Syed Ali Abbas Shah, Shahida Ahmad, MPA PML-N Faisal Akram Niazi and other party office bearers were also present.
Earlier, Chief Minister arrived on a short visit of Vehari and went to the residence of MNA Tahir Iqbal where he expressed condolences over the death of MNA Tahir Iqbal’s mother. Chief Minister offered Fateha for the departed soul.
Talking on this occasion, Chief Minister said the passing of the mother is a great loss and the mother’s death could never be forgotten. “May Almighty Allah grant you courage and strength to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude”.
MNA Tahir Iqbal Chaudhry said CM Usman Buzdar shared the grief of our mother.
Usman Buzdar also expressed condolences with former chief ministery of Planning and Development Nasar Iqbal Chaudhry, PTI ticket holders Zahid Iqbal Chaudhry, Qamar Iqbal Chaudhry, Fakhar Iqbal Chaudhry and Qari Nazar Iqbal Chaudhry.
MPA and Provincial Parliamentary Secretary Rai Zahoor Ahmad Kharal and others were also present on this occasion.
Later, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar visited the vaccination centre at G-Block Vehari and inaugurated the corona vaccination campaign.
CM reviewed the performance of the vaccination team and asked them to make the campaign successful.
