Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while very cold in hilly areas during the next twelve hours. Cloudy weather is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while cloudy weather and light rain/snow is expected in Gilgit Baltistan and adjoining areas. According to Met office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and very cold and dry weather is expected in Pulwama and Anantnag, very cold and partly cloudy in Srinagar, Shopian and Baramula, cloudy and very cold in Leh while cold and foggy in Jammu.

The local Met Office has forecast a dry and cold weather for city for next 24 hours. The highest maximum temperature 20 centigrade and the lowest minimum 07 centigrade were recorded during last 24 hours. The dry and cold weather has also been forecast for rest of the region.—APP
