Clifton project owners reject intimidation campaign

Pakistan’s first 6-Star residential project “Creek Marina”(DHA approved) is being developed by Meinhardt, a leading designing and architectural company of the world is all prime to set a benchmark of luxurious residential living in the heart of DHA Phase 8, it was conveyed in a press conference on Saturday by the management.

They said, “Our Sales & Marketing office is fully functional and operating with zeal and have a splendid response from our esteemed clients and Real estate consultants.”

The construction is in full swing and the contractors are Paragon and Principal who are working day & night to develop a residential masterpiece like none other in Pakistan.All the allegations, defamation, smear and intimidation campaign against us in the past week are illegal and totally false and The Honorable High Court of Sindh has passed an Order dated 19th Jan 2021 in which it is clarified that the restraining order passed in the suit No: 1874  dated 27th November 2020 pertains to 24 apartments/units only. It is clarified that the restraining order is not for the whole Project.

“In addition, we would like to inform that Creek Marina has an ESCROW Account for all sales transactions in order to safeguard our client’s payments.”
