Provincial Minister for Information Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan has said that court has not dislodged Punjab government from the ownership of Ishaq Dar’s residence.
These views were expressed by him while talking to the media outside Ishaq Dar’s residence on Friday. PTI government has always honoured court decisions. Chief Minister Usman Buzdar dedicated Ishaq Dar’s residence for the destitute segment of the society despite establishing government office on the same. He said that on the removing of stay order, the residence will again convert into shelter home according to Constitution and law.
He said that Ishaq Dar did corruption of Rs 130 billion and played a role of front man for Sharif’s dynasty. Court has given the stay order for the time being as a result of which shelter home has been shifted in the park.
He further maintained that Shehbaz Sharif was criticising Punjab government because of services of Ishaq Dar for Sharif dynasty. He said that Zardari, Mualana Fazl-ur-Rehman and Sharif brothers were disturbed as the Punjab government has established shelter home for the poor.
Sharif brothers were disturbed as they were seeing converting Jati Umra into shelter home in future. Similarly, Zardari was also worried for Zardari House in Islamabad. Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Usman Buzdar were being criticised for their affection towards the poor.
The minister said that wife of Ishaq Dar lied that she was the owner of the property. This shelter home was being set up for deserving and destitute people. He said that there was a conspiracy and planning of opposition behind flour and sugar crisis. 80 per cent wheat had been theft from the godowns of Sindh which resulted in atta crisis. Only 12 per cent sugar mills were under the ownership of PTI’s people whereas 72 per cent sugar mills were owned by opposition leaders. There was no flour crisis in Punjab. Any court decision regarding setting up of shelter home in the park will be implemented.
