Accused of extorting more than nine lakh rupees by deceiving a citizen to send him abroad has been ordered to pay seven years imprisonment and a fine of seven lakh rupees.

In case of non-payment of the fine, the accused will have to serve another one and a half years imprisonment. According to details, Ghulam Hussain, a resident of Chak 52 North Sargodha, submitted a written request to the FIA authorities in which the citizen stated that the accused Ramzan, Rafiq and Shazia Bibi had tricked him into sending him abroad.

Received Rs. 9 lakh 21 thousand but after some time neither the citizen was sent abroad nor his money was refunded on which case was registered … on which Special Judge of Central Court Raja Pervez Ashraf On conviction, the court sentenced the accused Ramzan to seven years imprisonment with hard labor and a fine of seven lac rupees.
