Traders and office bearers of Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) have hailed the decision of Justice Javed Iqbal (R), Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) that the business community would not be subjected to NAB enquiry or summoned to NAB Office.
They also lauded the establishment of a Complaint Cell headed by a Director in the NAB Headquarter and issuing directions to its all Regional Heads to address the complaints of business community within 48 hours.
The top brass of FPCCI leadership including Engr. Daroo Khan Achakzai, President of the FPCCI and its high hierarchy including S.M. Muneer, leader of the business community, Former Chief Executive TDAP and Former President FPCCI and all Office Bearers of the FPCCI warmly welcoming the decisions of NAB’s Chairman said that it would boost the morale of the business community who besides many odds and multi-faceted challenges had been making Contribution to keep the production-wheel rolling and improve precarious condition of the country’s economy. They said that Chairman NAB’s decision would go a long way in restoring the confidence of the business community and the trade and industry would now concentrate on their normal business activities with peace of mind fearlessly.
They also proposed the Chairman NAB to withdraw all the notices / references and cases, lying pending in courts, against the members of trade and industry.
